Best Time to Visit Spain
Spain has a Mediterranean climate. If you are after warm weather, and festivals, the months between March and May are best to visit. The beach spots in San Sebastian and Barcelona are at their best between June and August. For the wine lovers, autumn is the best time to visit.
With that said, January and August are the coldest and hottest months respectively.
The temperatures range throughout the year between 10 C and 40C. October is the wettest month with rainfall averaging 87mm in Barcelona.
From neighbouring countries like France and Portugal, a train ride or a car drive will work. But, from further countries, you’ll have to travel by air.
